Hurricane Alley Roller Derby (H.A.R.D.) ends its 2013 season in October, but first put the September 21 and October 19 bouts on your must-see calendar.

The girls will take to the rink against the Mac Town Roller Girls this weekend, September 21. Doors open at 6 p.m.. The action skating gets under way at 7 p.m. at the H.A.R.D. House, 3952 Leopard St. in Corpus Christi.

On October 19, they will face the North Side Fury. The 2014 season will begin in February and run through next October.

To purchase tickets in advance, email hardhousetickets@yahoo.com. Advance tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 10 and younger. You can purchase tickets from any of the skaters or at a H.A.R.D. event. Day-of-game tickets are $12 for adults. As the organization is not a business, all of their expenses are paid for through donations or out of the skaters’ pockets.
