Whether you’re a movie buff or just looking for a fun date-night, you'll find fascinating flicks at the South Texas Underground Film Festival (STUFF)!  Presented by Corpus Christi Parks and Recreation, the festival of international films runs between Oct. 3-6 at Richardson Performance Hall, the Art Center of Corpus Christi and House of Rock.

Films from around the world, including the U.S., Egypt, Israel, Russia, Iran, the Czech Republic and many more, definitely provide something for everyone.

Grab your tickets now to tonight's (Thursday) kick-off  barbecue! International filmmakers will join you for some local bites and global gossip on the movie industry. The menu was created and will be prepared by Chef Jessica Harlin from Del Mar Culinary. This event is family friendly, so bring the little ones!

From food to flicks to the after party at House of Rock, tonight should not be missed. But in case you do miss this evening, films and badge-holder events are scheduled throughout the weekend. Get ready for some popcorn (and subtitles!).
