Rockport-Fulton stars on Discovery channel’s “Today in America”

The show stars Terry Bradshaw, former NFL quarterback and current TV sports analyst, as its host. Along with spotlighting cities in America and Canada, "Today in America" blends business news stories, lifestyle features and in-depth interviews with doctors, scientists, inventors, business owners, philanthropists and newsmakers from a variety of industries.

The Rockport-Fulton piece explores the area's year-round appeal to water sports, wildlife and beach enthusiasts, as well as highlighting its laid-back lifestyle and beautiful scenery. The show was a year in the making and features Rockport City Manager Kevin Carruth and Chamber of Commerce Tourism Director Sandy Jumper as well as others.
