The U.S. Air Force Spectrum Winds makes a stop in Corpus Christi during their current tour. They will be performing at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18 in the Performing Arts Center at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. The concert is free and open to the public. No tickets needed!

Spectrum Winds is a component of the U.S. Air Force Band of the West. Six world-class musicians explore the world of chamber music for winds and percussion, traveling to venues from elementary schools to military bases to concert venues.

The Band of the West is a military music organization dedicated to serving the country through music. It was created in 1941 at Moffett Field in California. It now operates out of Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. Spectrum Winds is one of 13 different ensembles that make up Band of the West.
