Corpus Christi First Weekend Initiative kicks off Spring Break this year. The Friday ArtWalk, Saturday Downtown Market Days and MusicWalk and Sunday Harbor BridgeWalk are set for the first three days of spring break week, March 7, 8 and 9.
The first three events are all held in La Retama Park in downtown Corpus Christi. ArtWalk is from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 7. Downtown Market Days, which has moved from the Marina to the park, is from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MusicWalk takes over at 5:30, ending t 9:30 p.m.
Meet at Heritage Park at 7:30 Sunday, March 9 for an exhilarating 3-mile hike over the Harbor Bridge. The walk ends back in Heritage Park where the Junior League holds Fitness Sunday events for the whole family.
