One of these 40 under 40 honorees will be named Person of the Year in Corpus Christi in January 2016.
One of these Corpus Christi 40 Under 40 honorees becomes “Person of the Year” in January at events sponsored by Young Business Professionals, Corpus Christi Under 40 and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
Now in it’s 10th year, CCU40 honors the men and women who make a difference in their community, whether in education, health care or technology.
“It is those individuals with the perseverance and determination that create culture and opportunity for others,” reads the YBPCB.com website. “CCU40 honors men and women under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions in their professionals fields as well as through service in the community. “
A percentage of the money raised through CCU40 will be given to Metro Ministries, a group that helps families and individuals in need.

Deadline to sign up as a sponsor is Jan. 13.
Events include the Mayor’s Honoree Breakfast, held at Texas A&M -Corpus Christi University Center on Friday, Jan. 26 at 7:30 a.m. Also, the Celebration Party at The Post at Lamar Park, Friday, Jan. 29.
