The city development office recently issued permits for a new apartment complex estimated to cost just over $19 million. Vantage at Corpus Christi will be located at 10113 Up River Rd. in the Annaville area in the city’s northwest corridor.
Sixteen individual building permits were issued for the project, ranging from estimated costs of $9,406 to five for $1.86 million each. Three permits were issues for $1.4 million, two for $1.2 and two for $1.1 million. Twelve appear to be apartment buildings up to 28,000 square feet; the smaller permits are listed as an office and cabana. Contractor was listed as Crane Contracting.
All Star Mitsubishi received the only other permit issued in the last week of February for a tenant finish out of 336 square feet that is estimated to cost $16,519. The site is located at 2620 S. Padre Island Dr.

• ABC Supply Company, Inc., 1129 Hendricks St., site work, 14,700 sq. ft., $160,000;
• T-Mobile Tower, 2809 Baldwin Blvd., remodel, 409 sq. ft., $7,500;
• Action Mobile New Modular Office, 6901 Mc Gloin Rd., new construction, 1,440 sq. ft., $99,999;
• Action Mobile Barn 6901 Mc Gloin Rd., tenant finish out, 13,000 sq. ft., $150,000;
• Verizon Tower, 1922 Lynhurst, remodel, 409 sq. ft., $65,000;
• Verizon Monopole, 5105 Up River Rd., new construction, 409 sq. ft., $85,000;
