A new gallery featuring the evolution of Corpus Christi from the Karankawas to the diverse cultural mix that makes up area population today recently opened at the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History.
Live actors and oral history projects add a special touch to the items on exhibit, which includes vintage cars, native American huts and pioneer homesteads, just to mention a few.

Located at 1900 N. Chaparral in the heart of the entertainment district in Corpus Christi, the museum charges $14.50 for adults, $12 for Senior Citizens, active Military and college students and $8 for children ages 5 to 12.
