Radiology & Associates submitted plans for a $4.3 million project to convert First National Bank at Six Points in Corpus Christi into new medical offices and imaging lab. Located at 1812 S. Alameda St., the expansion is one of two new medical projects submitted to the city’s Development Services Department. Projects totaling close to $8 million were submitted for city permits between June 12-18. Those include: 
• Rocky’s Auto Sales, parking lot expansion, $23,500
• Wiggins buildings 4 and 9, apartment remodels, $217,600
• AmSpec Office, new building with mechanical, electric, plumbing $950,000
• Buffalo Wild Wings, remodel at 2001 SPID, $45,000
• Cancer Spec. of South Texas, remodel, $132,000
• Salon Divine, interior renovation for new salon, $43,421
• London ISD Humpal Building, new athletic training facility, $489,000
• Service Transport Company, site work for parking lot, $200,000
Permits for just shy of $2 million were issued for the following projects: 
• Western Steel, commercial shell only, 1502 Cathead Rd., $397,620
• Financial Design Construction, new commercial, 6009 Holly Rd, $790,000
• London ISD, Humpal Building, new athletic training facility, $489,000
• King’s Point Martial Arts, 5922 Yorktown Blvd, $45,000
• Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center, offices, 5151 McArdle Rd. $191,554
• Salon Divine, offices, 6646 S. Staples St., $43,421
