The community theatre in Corpus Christi celebrates its 90th birthday this year. They’ll be partying all year long, so don’t miss out on the festivities.
Harbor Playhouse first opened its doors in 1925, committed to the art scene in Corpus Christi with aims to make theatre accessible to everyone in the community. They keep ticket prices low, throw summer camps for the kids and invite the community to get involved through open auditions and volunteer opportunities.
The 2016 season features both contemporary and classic musicals and plays. Enjoy at least six shows put on by the community, including Chicago: The Musical, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Schoolhouse Rock and Treasure Island.
