A pedal-powered party bike is now available in Corpus Christi. P3 Tours, the Pedal Power Pub, has added Corpus Christi to its growing list of cities, which currently includes Kalamazoo, Michigan, and Houston. Bring your own drinks, a music play list and friends for a sightseeing tour, a restaurant tasting, a party or a pub crawl. Up to 14 people can climb aboard to pedal and party. (You can also request a motorized tour and leave the pedaling for another day.)
The bike can be rented for special events or you can join a mixer and socialize. The mobile pub can operate with as few as six people to pedal.
It comes fully equipped with Sony Surround Sound speakers, phone chargers, electric coolers and pedals that turn at 32 rpm. Party lights make night trips even more fun and festive. You can even decorate for private tours or special events.
According to Pedal Power Pubs, the company was the first to introduce padded shock-absorbent seats and under-carriage suspension for a more comfortable ride.
Call 844-600-2453 (BIKE) to schedule your ride by the hour. Tour times are at noon, 2:30 p.m., 5 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. The bike operates rain or shine. Helmets are available for those who request them, but they are not required. For rules and regulations, check out the website.
