Corpus Christi is seeking residents’ input on a study required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Assessment of Fair Housing study can be conducted online at cctexas.com/fairhousingassessment through Friday, Aug. 18.
Paper surveys in English and Spanish are available at the Housing and Community Development Department on the second floor of City Hall, 1201 Leopard St.. The office is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Completed surveys may be mailed back to the city at any U.S. Postal Office for free.
Bulk surveys can be distributed by contacting the Housing and Community Development Department at least 48 hours before needed so they can be printed in time.
A series of public meetings will be planned in the future. Public input is a condition for receiving federal housing and community development funds.
