Weapons at Hand provides an array of mixed martial arts training across all levels, designed to achieve varied goals. Kickboxing training, designed for children, advancing to expert level. Kickboxing drill classes are available.Women's classes using heavy bags and Cardio Kickboxing classes are options. Wrestling at all levels, including those geared for High School or Collegiate competition is part of the core programs. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction is available at multiple levels as well.Various membership packages are offered.
