Masks are no longer required in most public spaces in Corpus Christi as the city moves to recognize new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. Masks still are required inside airports and on airplanes, buses, and other modes of public transportation until March 18.
The immunocompromised or those living with people at a high risk of severe disease from COVID-19 should continue wearing a mask and keeping a distance of 6 feet from other people.
Public indoor spaces where individuals are not required to wear a mask include: restaurants, bars, shopping centers, salons, movie theaters, concert halls, offices, government buildings, churches, and schools.
