Haunted houses in Corpus Christi will be safer than ever this year with social distancing — RIGHT? Even at 6 feet away, the creatures of the night at these haunted happenings in the Coastal Bend will be just as chilling — and thrilling — as ever before.

Every Weekend in October
7-11 p.m. Fridays; 9 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturdays; 7-11 p.m. Sundays
HAUNTING OF THE BLUE GHOST
USS Lexington Museum on the Bay
2914 N. Shoreline Blvd., Corpus Christi
Purchase tickets online for groups of four to 10 people for half-hour session down in the bowels of a ship that is haunted every day of the year. Halloween season hauntings go over the top. Ticket sales benefit local charitable organizations.

Could be the most horrifying haunted house EVER. Operating at 50 percent capacity because of COVID-19. Tickets not available at the door. Buy tickets online only. Expect temperature checks at the door. All patrons must wear face coverings.

HAUNTINGS OF BOOGEYMAN HAUNTED HOUSE

Come experience a 3,000-square-foot maze of your deepest fears. A new feature is Boogeyman’s Closet. A separate ticket lets you loose on an obstacle course with Mr. Boogey on your heels. Patrons must wear face coverings.
