The next two games will be played in San Antonio. If the series goes to a deciding Game 5, that will be played on Whataburger Field at 4:05 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9.
The Hooks have experienced a stellar season both on and off the field. Fans have filled the stadium to capacity several times this season, building on the excitement of last year’s World Series win by the Astros.
The World Series trophy drew a big crowd during its stay at the stadium during the Hooks’ regular season. Games sold out when the Hooks gave away replica World Series rings to fans.

Perhaps the biggest highlight was getting to see Astros shortstop Carlos Correa play in a six-game series at Whataburger Field during a brief rehab with the team. Correa was named 2015 American League Rookie of the Year and was an integral part of the World Series win in 2018.

In the North Division, the Tulsa Drillers finished at the top of the season, 74-65. The Arkansas Travelers came in second with 71-68.
North and South Division Championship series games begin Sept. 11 and must be concluded by Sept. 16. All are best-of-five-games series. Either the Hooks or the Missions will be matched against either the Drillers or the Travelers for Texas League Championship honors.
