Family Counseling Service provides nationally accredited counseling services for individuals, couples and families.  Family Counseling Service’s website indicates that its licensed therapists teach its patients important life skills such as, “communication, anger management, problem-solving, relationship enrichment, parenting, anxiety and stress management, recovering from loss and grief and building self-esteem.”
Born in 1942 out of the trauma caused by the Great Depression, Family Counseling Service has remained committed to being a community therapy agency in Corpus Christi.  In 1994, it added crime victim services as well.
