Free COVID-19 testing is available across Nueces County beginning the week of Jan. 3. Because of a recent surge of cases due to the highly transmissible Omicron variant, the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District expanded testing availability.

CVS and Walgreens pharmacies continue to make COVID-19 tests available, as well as other independent pharmacies and clinics across Nueces County.
