Buc Days rodeo event part of national world championship broadcast June 6

For those who missed seeing Rodeo Corpus Christi during Buc Days in April and May, you have another chance. CBS will air a recap of the action at noon Sunday, June 6, as part of the $1 Million Dollar Triple Crown of Rodeo series. Rodeo Corpus Christi is one of the World Champion Rodeo Alliance's majors and one of three to be aired nationally on CBS.
The recap includes teen Madison Outhier of Utopia competing for the world’s championship in calf roping. Outhier won $12,500 for her breakaway roping achievements in the American Bank Center arena during Rodeo Corpus Christi. 
In her competition against 20-time world championship winner Jackie Crawford, Outhier prevailed, taking the women’s title and $60,000. 
Also in the lineup is the matchup between top barrel racers Maggie Poloncic and Michelle Darling in the Triple Crown Round. 
Professional bull riders João Ricardo Vieira and Derek Kolbaba compete in the Triple Crown round. 
The event also features athletes in bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, tie-down roping, and breakaway roping.
