When entrepreneurs Jimmy and Irasema Campbell opened Senior Jaime’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina in 2007, they didn’t have any restaurant experience. They did have a collection of Irasema Campbell’s recipes, keen attention to detail, and a strong belief that together, they could accomplish anything.
The restaurant took off from the moment it opened its doors, and soon became known around Corpus Christi for Campbell’s authentic recipes. They've been a popular Corpus Christi restaurant ever since.

This is Tex-Mex like I grew up eating as a child in the Rio Grande Valley. Very much reminds me of dining in Matamoros, Reynosa or Progreso Mexico. We will visit Señor Jaime's often .”

The prices are very good, and the serving staff does an excellent job. Good atmosphere inside, the staff seems to be happy to work there. One of my new favorites!”
