ATMs have become ITMS with the introduction of all new interactive teller machines by First Community Bank in Corpus Christi. These upgrades from ATMs include a two-way video option to speak with an FBC teller during bank hours in either English or Spanish. Other than that new innovative feature, the machines function just like an ATM 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Tellers are available 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Also new on these ITMs, customers and non-customers can withdraw up to $2,500 cash “on-us checks” and make loan payments.
No third party is involved, the bank assures. All tellers are First Community Bank employees. The live teller can dispense denominations of $100, $20, $5, and even $1. ATMs are limited to $20.
